National Assisted Living Week is September 12 – 18, 2010

Living Life is the theme for National Assisted Living Week 2010.  The National Center for Assisted Living chose it because, in their words, living life means participating in activities that you enjoy and pursuing your passions, whatever they may be. It means never stopping the process of discovery or mastering talents. It means sharing your history and teaching others what you have learned. It is a lifelong pursuit
of happiness and growth.

We couldn’t agree more. Belmont Village residents have a wide range of interests, experiences and abilities. Our goal is to give them all the tools they need to reach their goals.  For us, that means developing a comprehensive range of activities and enrichment programming that provides a variety of educational, social and creative outlets.

Our residents continue to grow and share, and we continue to learn from them. Their input and ideas help us shape and refine programs and activities to suit their needs and interests. As a result, each community
is a reflection of its residents, with a personality all its own.

We would like to take a moment during this time of recognition to express our gratitude to our residents for the wisdom, humor and friendship they share with us every day, and to reaffirm our commitment to help each resident live life to the fullest.
