THE IMPORTANCE OF LAUGHTER

Thursday • April 19, 2018
5:30 – 7:00 PM

Belmont Village Senior Living
500 McHenry Road
Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

Speaker: Libby Reinecke
Medical Social Worker & Psychotherapist, Clinical Liaison For Transitional Care of Arlington Heights
Libby has a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. Her goal is to increase the quality of life for her patients, and to make healthcare a safe space for everyone.

The simple act of laughing offers a number of positive organic effects on the human body. Join us to learn the importance of laughter and explore the physical and mental benefits, including lowering blood pressure, increasing muscle flexion, reducing stress and increasing endorphins. We will also discuss ways to appropriately utilize humor in our daily life.

A light supper will be served.

RSVP by April 17 to Susan Locanda at 847-537-5000 or skocanda@belmontvillage.com.
