Beverly is a nationally recognized gerontologist with more than 30 years of experience working with seniors and their families. An often sought-after dementia care expert, Beverly is also the creator of Belmont’s Circle of Friends® program.

Join us for an interactive workshop to learn how to maintain function even after cognitive changes. Memory care expert, Beverly Sanborn will delve into the key components of mental fitness and successful aging, and share ways to stimulate the six domains of the brain. She will also guide participants through a day in the award-winning Circle of Friends® memory enrichment program within assisted living and discuss how it can improve vitality.

ABOUT CIRCLE OF FRIENDS®
Circle of Friends® is a comprehensive therapeutic program designed specifically to address the needs and abilities of residents with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and early stage memory loss. The first-of-its-kind program is based on leading research and utilizes an ongoing evaluation program, developed in consultation with Vanderbilt University’s Center for Quality Aging. The awardwinning program is changing how providers and families look at assisted living and memory care.
