An Inspiration for Distinction

When Patricia Will founded Belmont Village in 1997, it was for love of family. A medical real estate developer, she sought a better place for her mother-in-law, who was in cognitive decline. Unable to find a community that met her high expectations, Will decided to create one herself. 

Collaborating with California Hospitals and Universities

To realize her vision, Will leveraged connections with UCLA to open the first university-affiliated community in Westwood, California. That approach to research-based development and program design has made Belmont Village unique in senior living.
