White Construction Co. completed the concrete structure for Belmont Village Lakeway community in early September. The property is slated for completion in the summer of 2018.
Belmont Village Senior Living’s 28th community—Belmont Village Lakeway—topped out. In early September, contractor White Construction Co. finalized the concrete structure of the three-story building. Belmont Village Lakeway is the company’s second Austin facility.
The property flaunts a rustic, Mediterranean style and will encompass about 130,000 square feet. Upon completion, anticipated for the summer of 2018, the facility will consist of 156 private apartments for independent living, assisted living and memory care.
RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES
Included in the amenity package are a professionally managed fitness center for wellness and therapy programs, a full-service salon and a theater. In addition, residents will be served chef-prepared meals, have access to housekeeping and transportation services, enrichment and social activities, as well as award-winning memory programs and support from a well-trained staff, including a licensed nurse on-site 24/7.
