Submit Application
In addition to completing the basic online application, applicants are encouraged to upload a current and accurate resume including relevant skills, responsibilities and work history. Belmont Village values professionalism, reliability and a demonstrated commitment to past employers and teams.
Confirmation
Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive an email confirmation from Belmont Village. In some cases, a follow-up text message with next steps may be sent.
Resume Review
Our recruitment team personally reviews your resume, evaluating experience, education, employment history and relevant credentials. If you are selected for an initial interview, a member of our recruitment team will reach out by text message and/or email.
Recruiter Screening
Qualified candidates are invited to a brief phone or video interview with a member of the Belmont Village recruitment team. Requests for interviews are sent via email and/or text message.
Initial Interview
Candidates selected to move forward after the recruiter screening are typically scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring team, though some initial interviews may be conducted virtually. Depending on the position, additional interviews may be required before a hiring decision is made. Pro Tip: Arrive on time, dress professionally and be prepared to share why you are genuinely interested in joining the Belmont Village team.
Offer Process
The offer process requires candidates to review and digitally sign various documents. Candidates who receive an offer of employment may be required to complete applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings within designated timeframes consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

A member of our Human Resources team partners closely with new hires to coordinate onboarding and training that supports learning, growth and long-term success with Belmont Village.
