Belmont Village Senior Living Ranks No. 11 on Fortune’s “25 Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services” for 2026

The senior living company climbs eight spots from 2025, reflecting its enduring commitment to employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and inclusive employment opportunities.

Belmont Village Senior Living, a nationally recognized developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities across the country, is proud to announce it has been named one of Fortune’s “25 Best Workplaces in Aging Services” for 2026. The company earned the No. 11 spot on the list, advancing eight spots from its No. 19 ranking in 2025. Earning this recognition for the eighth time underscores Belmont Village’s longstanding commitment to fostering a rewarding workplace for its employees and reinforces its position as a leader in the senior living industry.

The annual list is compiled by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, following an extensive review process that includes internal employee surveys and organization evaluations. Great Place to Work collected more than 200,000 employee survey responses across the senior living industry, with Belmont Village earning a staff favorability rating that significantly exceeded the industry average.

“This recognition reflects the dedication of our employees and the culture we’ve built together,” said Mercedes Kerr, President of Belmont Village Senior Living. “Our team members bring compassion, creativity, and a deep commitment to the residents and families we serve every day. Moving up in this year’s rankings is a meaningful reflection of our continued focus on making Belmont Village a place where employees feel supported, valued, and proud to build their careers.”

Belmont Village’s commitment to an inclusive workplace extends beyond its culture, with the company building a more inclusive workforce across its communities and creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Central to this initiative is Belmont Village Senior Living’s five-year commitment to the Best Buddies Jobs Program. As Best Buddies’ first official jobs partner in the senior living industry, Belmont Village is working with the organization to identify meaningful roles across its communities and match those opportunities with program participants based on their skills, interests, and career goals.

Belmont Village credits its continued workplace recognition to the dedication of its employees, many of whom have built long-term careers with the company. By prioritizing employee well-being, professional growth, and an inclusive environment, Belmont Village continues to foster a culture that supports both its team members and the residents who depend on them.
