Belmont Village Senior Living is proud to announce that Belmont Village Aventura has earned Gold-level “Florida Green” High-Rise Residential Building certification from the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC). Developed in partnership with Turnberry, the renowned South Florida-based developer known for its luxury hospitality, residential and retail destinations, Belmont Village Aventura was thoughtfully designed to bring a new standard of senior living to the Aventura community. The community achieved 187 points against the 102 points required for certification, earning the prestigious Gold-level designation. According to FGBC, the achievement reflects construction practices that help reduce a building’s environmental impact, improve occupant health and well-being, and reduce operating costs.
