BEST IN CLASS SENIOR LIVING HAS ARRIVED IN FLORIDA

For more than 20 years, Belmont Village has faithfully delivered a high standard of care and service in our senior living communities located in major metropolitan areas across the nation. What separates us from typical senior living communities in Florida and elsewhere are our range of enrichment programs, high operating standards, award-winning memory care, premier hospitality and our focus on helping residents live engaging, purposeful lives.

Most importantly, Belmont Village is an integrated developer, owner and operator of 31 leading senior living communities, now in eight states and Mexico City, and we still operate every community we have built. We select our locations carefully, design thoughtfully and build to a high standard of life safety, to fit the architectural styles of the neighborhoods, the interests of the residents, and the demands of the climates we have chosen.

Since we began to develop Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale, understandably, we’ve been asked a lot about our hurricane preparedness. We have carefully designed our building to withstand hurricane force winds and flooding and because we have locations around the country, we’re no stranger to natural disasters. From hurricanes and flooding in Houston to wildfires in California, to an earthquake in Mexico City, we have had some experience weathering storms – both sheltering in place and evacuating successfully when necessary for safety.

We are committed to our residents and to the local communities and neighborhoods where we build – we are here to stay. Best of all, after 20+ years of operation, our residents and families can be assured that our care and programs have been founded in research, tested by our residents and refined by our experience for unparalleled quality and consistency.

TESTIMONIALS

I’m so happy Mom has acclimated so well and is really enjoying her new life, friends and all of the super nice people that work at Belmont.

You all are really lovely very special people that have made this transition so easy! Thank you for all that you do!

-Steve W, Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale

I had a chance to enjoy many meals from your wonderful kitchen while visiting my mom. I can’t tell you how great the food was! It was just off the charts delicious. From fish, to vegetables, to potatoes, to desserts, everything was top quality and meticulously prepared and served. I was just overwhelmed. It was particularly nice to see my mom, a picky eater, consume everything on her plate and rave about the food. I have eaten in the finest restaurants around the world and the Belmont ranks at or near the top. I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation.

Kris W., Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale

I am enjoying my new life at the Belmont. Beautiful location with views of the ocean and Intracoastal. The staff is devoted to the service of the residents. Dining options are varied and the food is very good. I appreciate the many activities available, gym, pool, physical therapy, movies, and yoga. You can be very active. Nurses are on duty 24/7 in a great team.

Kay A., Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale

I couldn’t be happier with the care my father is getting here. Everyone is very professional, accommodating and respectful! Thank you all for giving me peace of mind.

Mary D., Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale

This is a beautiful senior living community. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Move-in was easy, with lots of advice and help to make the transition smooth. As a new community, the procedures and staff are changing and growing. My loved one is dealing wtih the new lifestyle and working through small frustrations/anxiety as they occur and the staff has been very helpful!
