Belmont Village Senior Living, a leading developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities across the U.S., has earned certification as a Great Place to Work® for the eighth time. The certification is awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights. Feedback was collected from Belmont Village team members across its 30+ operating locations and weighed across more than 60 measures of workplace experience, including how connected employees feel to the organization’s mission, whether they believe their work makes a real difference, and whether their roles carry genuine meaning.
Belmont Village achieved a 95% company-wide response rate, reflecting strong and authentic employee participation. The engagement survey captures genuine feedback, focusing on trust, respect, and camaraderie.
“Our team members are the heart of everything we achieve, and being recognized as a top workplace for the eighth time is extremely meaningful,” said Patricia Will, Founder & CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living. “We are committed to creating opportunities for our employees to grow their careers, develop their talents, and find a true sense of purpose in the work they do. We are proud to support a culture where their contributions are valued and where their work truly makes a difference.”
Behind Belmont Village’s eight Great Place to Work® certifications is a Trust Index score, which directly measures employee experience as reported by team members themselves, that has remained consistently strong and reflects a workplace culture that is both broadly embraced and consistently delivered across all communities.
“We applaud Belmont Village for seeking certification and publicly sharing its employees’ feedback,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Kung, of Great Place to Work’s senior care partner Activated Insights. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace for high performance.”
