Dear Donna,

In reflecting on the last week and the time my father spent in The Neighborhood, I wanted to be sure that you know how grateful I am for Margaret D. I have no doubt that her professionalism and her leadership of the staff on that floor made the difference in the excellent quality of care my father received.

I have regularly stopped Margaret in the hall, or stopped by her office without an appointment, and she has made herself available to me. She responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and has been a helpful source of information, knowledge, and guidance about my father’s care. When I have made suggestions, she has responded with enthusiasm and has even implemented ideas when possible. I have rarely had any problems, but when I have expressed concern about something, she has acted quickly to resolve the issue. She has repeatedly told me that her goal is to make The Neighborhood the best it can be, from resident care to communication with families, and my family has been the fortunate recipient of those efforts.

I moved my father to Belmont Village because of The Neighborhood, and I could not be more grateful that Margaret has been at the helm during my father’s residence there.

Sincerely,

Donna C.
