Dear Maureen,

It is hard to put into words the gratitude and appreciation that our family has for Belmont Village. You have been a constant source of support for my mom, Mary L., and my aunt, Dorothy P., since they moved in shortly after your doors first opened. Though Belmont Village’s population has grown since my mom and aunt arrived, it has continued to provide a loving and nurturing environment for all of its residents. Everyone on your staff has always been so kind and compassionate to our entire family. Both my mother and aunt often commented about how sweet everyone was to them while they were living there.

We will always have fond memories of some of the special Belmont activities, such as ushering in the New Year, the Luaus, the holiday parties, wine and cheese afternoons, the bingo games, the special musical entertainment, the fitness room, where Aunt Dorothy liked to challenge herself on the bicycle, and of course, the computer room, where my mom was able to see her great grandchildren on a daily basis. All of these things brought them such joy.

It was touching to see and hear from so many of your staff members (including you) who came in to express their condolences and share their special feelings about my mother. Our family appreciated the beautiful plant you sent in memory of Mary, and it will remind us on a daily basis of the caring and love she received at Belmont Village each and every day. We can assure you that we will always feel that the Belmont Village family is part of our own extended family.
Love,

Judy and Elliott H. (and our entire family)
