My mom has been a resident of Belmont Village Senior Living in Johns Creek for four and a half years. To date, it has been the best possible experience I could have ever hoped to find for my mother. I learned about Belmont Village indirectly through the Alzheimer’s Association. I called them to find an advocate who knew the industry and could help me find the proper placement for my mom. The person they referred me to has known Jan, the Executive Director of Belmont Village, for many years. The advocate has complete respect for her and said that she has a wonderful reputation within the industry. I have come to understand, firsthand, why Jan is held in high regard. My mom’s advocate also knew of Belmont’s excellent record of safety and compliance. I looked at many other facilities before coming to a decision about Belmont Village, and it was very obvious that it was the right choice for us.

Belmont Village offers various levels of care; from Independent Living, to Assisted Living, to Memory Care for Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents. My mom is a resident of the Memory Care Neighborhood, and my high expectations have always been met or exceeded. The few times I have had a concern (none serious), they have worked in a timely manner to find an appropriate solution that is to my satisfaction. The managers and caregivers have shown me time and time again that true compassionate care really does exist. Belmont has a fantastic activities director as well. And the members of the main kitchen staff have not changed since my mom first moved in. When you watch them interact with the residents, it is easy to see that they, too, have a heart for those they serve.
