Belmont Village Surpasses 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s Fundraising Campaign Goal

Walk to End Alzheimers

This year, Belmont Village Senior Living communities and corporate office joined forces to become a National team for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, with the goal of raising $100,000 nationwide to help fight the disease through research and support services. We are proud to announce that we surpassed our goal and raised more than $115,000! Thank you to all who fundraised, donated and participated.

Belmont Village has proudly supported the Alzheimer’s Association since we opened our doors in 1997. As a senior living and memory care provider, we see the daily toll Alzheimer’s takes on our residents, their families and caregivers. We’ve led the way in developing research-based enrichment programs so that our residents can have meaningful, purposeful days. Our staff is specially trained to support resident needs with understanding, respect and dignity and they are dedicated in their care. But that is not a cure. We will continue to participate and support the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in honor and remembrance of our residents and our own family members who have fought this fight, in the hopes that our steps will lead the way to a cure.
