Belmont Village CEO Meet and Greet in Calabasas
Patricia Will, founder and CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living, will host a “Conversation and Coffee” on Thursday, January 18.
Belmont Village Calabasas will open this spring at 24141 Ventura Blvd. The senior living community will offer both independent and assisted living, memory care and short-term stays. Will had experience with Alzheimer’s on a personal level, as her mother-in-law had been diagnosed with the condition. In trying to find help for her she
realized there wasn’t a place with the capabilities to effectively care for her.
She founded Belmont Village n 1997, and developed and expanded relationships in the medical community and schools of hospitality to merge the best of both worlds. Guided by leading university experts in the
field of gerontology she and her partners spoke with seniors and their families. Because people change over time, they knew it would be important to be able to adapt programming and their environment. She took all that she had learned—all of these great ideas—and built a community around it.
