“I surprised my husband with both dogs after our darling Labradors had passed,” says Joy. “I went to the Santa Monica Animal Rescue and they put them into my arms. We take them on daily walks. We adore them and they adore each other.” The couple likes to walk the dogs along Palisades Park in Santa Monica as a birthday treat.
